  • The Coromandel Peninsula is a cycling gem lying east of Auckland, in one of New Zealand's most diverse and breathtaking locations. Luxuriant forest and mountain backdrops set the scene. See a giant kauri tree and ride a bush railway at the quaint town of Coromandel . Bike by superb beaches and stop for a dip at lunch time.

Visit two of New Zealand’s favourite natural attractions, Cathedral Cove and Hot Water Beach. Cathedral Cove is one of New Zealand’s most popular tourist locations. The picturesque cove is named after the large cave which features a cathedral-like arch way. Cathedral Cove was featured in the film ‘The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian’. Hot Water beach has a hot thermal spring right on the edge of the beach where you can dig your own private spa pool and relax while you take in the stunning scenery

A farm stay will give you the opportunity to meet some real "Kiwis". Finish at the geothermal spa town of Rotorua with the opportunity to experience the local Maori culture.

  • I will highly recommend to my riding friends to tour with Pedaltours. Richard and Peter were the ultimate guides and hosts, for which I am extremely grateful.

Richard and Peter made my wife who is a beginning rider feel confident and helped her develop her skills. The tour gave her a chance to feel successful. They also provided me with scope to challenge myself every day.
